However the biggest problem that I have encountered is the process to get anything done at that office. If you wish to speak to a receptionist, you have to call and leave a message and they will get back to you within 24hrs during the week between the hours of 8am-5pm which can be an inconvenience if you work M-F between those hours. If there is a problem with a prescription and the pharmacist has to call, they also have to wait for the receptionist to call back. If you are feeling quite ill and need the medication right away, that is an unhealthy inconvenience. Dr. Smith sometimes has an unfriendly attitude that can be taken as quite rude. He also seems to run his office much like a retail store business in which he seems to be out to make a lot of money when it comes to filling out doctors notes or forms or driver license medicals. He charges an enormous amount for everything that is filled out which can be quite tough financially on a person. |
