He explained 3 times the same thing to be sure that we understood correctly because we are from Italia. Good doctor. |

He was not very much communicative, was waiting for some results and I was under the impression that we were bothering him. So the availability is missing here. |

| 9 | 9 | 8 | 5 | 9 | I would say that he is a good doctor but unfortunately his secretary is a terrorist. They were yelling at each other. She is old and he is not the patience itself. He had problem explaining the surgery because he was loosing his voice all the time. Besides that, the surgery went very well. I was a little scared because he seemed to be very stressed out but in the O.R. he was very well balanced and calm. He doesn´ t smile much. So verdict : 9/10 |
