Sometimes it´ s a long wait in the reception area as Dr. Lauf often runs behind, but if it is because he is spending due care and attention with patients that need it, then I don´ t mind in the least.

Dr. Lauf has been my doctor for several years. When I have had an emergency (not often), he has always made himself available.
