He always has a smile on his face and is always willing to take the time to listen to the old and young alike, is great with children and so non-judgemental. He is willing to get any tests done that need doing,is willing to refer a patient to someone else if he doesn´ t know what the problem is and is very supportive to his patients. Best of all he is willing to listen with genuine interest to what a patient is saying without rushing them out or making them a " number" instead of a person. Dr. Bystrom cares!! I love the way his clinic is run, the informative answering machine message, the friendly staff and other knowledgeable doctors in the clinic, and the wait system is the best I´ ve seen. No need to fill a room with patients sneezing all over each other when they can take a number, go about their business, come back in the allotted time and keep their spot!!! Good on you Dr. Bystrom and your staff for this system, others should take heed from your policies. Keep smiling! You´ re the best. |
