I feel he is there for me but he is not listening to me. He will sent me to anyone I feel or he feel I need. But it´ s like sometimes I´ m in the room and it´ s yes, yes anything else, no good see you next time and nothing is resolved?

When it comes to knowledge and ability, he is top shelf. I also found him to be warm and friendly and to have a good sense of humour.
