Stephen Kenneth Yates of Kingston, Ontario - Doctor Rating

I found Doctor Yates very short tempered and impatient and was quite condescending when answering questions. He started each session with a curt " Why are you here?!" (yes each time I saw him!). If Kingston didn´ t have this huge doctor shortage .....
