I started with her in the fall and she has ordered numerous tests that should have been done years ago by other doctor´ s. She checks into everything in great detail and goes over things with you, talks to you like you are a person and have a brain about your own body and medical issues. Everything about her is excellent!! |

I´ m very pleased to have found her. Other family doctors I had in London were not so careful as her and many times they saw us always in a hurry. |
| 4 | 3 | 3 | 5 | 3 | Dr. Balaska has been my doctor for two years now. She always seems disinterested and unwilling to go the extra step to get something done or figured out. As a 1st year medical student myself, majority of the information she gives me is rarely any help at all, A textbook is about five times more useful than she is. I´ ve had allergic reactions in the past three years that she refuses to even test, and leaves hundreds of questions unanswered. I do not recommend her at all, and neither does any of my family members, as they too have left her office frustrated way too many times. |

I have been seeing her for problem that won´ t go away, and the other day she prescribed a pill to me that she gave me 2 years ago and it didn´ t work then! She comes in quickly, mumbles her way through her paperwork, gives a prescription and your out and 5 minutes. Great if it was a fast food restaraunt! |
| 9 | 9 | 10 | 10 | 9 | Dr Balaska is a god sent. She is great with my children and always takes the time to explain everything in detail. If she does not know the answer she looks it up and gets back to you in a timely fashion. Her staff is very friendly and have always given appointments in an emergency. I have had to wait a few times for quite a while but usually she is on time with her booked appointments. There were a few communication issues in the beginning (english is not her first language) but over the past couple of years that has improved drastically. |
