| 7 | 5 | 5 | 3 | 3 | Under Orthopedic care for 4 months. Receievd spinal injections for pain/swelling and another injection for testing. Denied prescrition pain medication in substitution for Motrin which was suspended for these injections on 3 separate requests. Resulted in undue pain. However I was advised that surgery was required on 4 consequtive vertabra.
Asked by doctor if I needed any more pain medicine, when in fact I had never received any. I dont think they write information down. Rather dangerous practice.
You have to contact the doctor´ s nurse for any request or information. Never get her on phone, must always leave a message. Failed to return my calls on 3 separate occasions.
Written two letters and filed two complaints with Emory Heathcare about lack of response, never receievd a response from Emory or doctor only a short message from nurse. You must give them your co-pay at check in, before any service is rendered. Rather rude I think. I had to look elsewhere. |
