I informed him that I may have a Hepatitis B infection in a dorment state, and his question was what type of insurance I had. I informed him it was an HMO, and he wanted me to switch to a PPO. My understanding is a PPO is more expensive for the patient. I don´ t have the money to maintain a PPO. I guess a PPO pays out more to the doctor. Is he looking out for my health or his wealth? |
