Not empathetic at all. Doesn´ t seem like she cares about the patient´ s situation. Practically has her hand on the door knob as she´ s supposedly listening to you. Not knowledgeable about making proper referrals. Can´ t even order bloodwork properly, probably because she´ s not even listening. |
