What gets me about Dr. Birch is that whenever something serious comes up with my health he has an excuse why he can´ t see me because he´ s going on a trip. I just got told by Loraine (the secretary) that everytime I go to another walk in clinic Dr. D. Birch gets billed for the problem. Well now you guys know how I feel when I can´ t get into an appointment and I have to wait 3 whole weeks till I do. As far as I am concerned Dr. Birch if you don´ t like getting billed for me going to walk-in clinic then make yourself available. I am really disappointed with his performance level as a MD. He really needs to improve more if he wants patients. |
