After waiting a month they call me to confirm appointment the day before. 3 hours later they call back doctor has to leave early tomorrow I have to change my appointment to 10:30am or re-schedule. I shuffle my time around and say yes I waited a month I need to see him. Day of appointment they call me 8:30am and request me to come in a few minutes earlier to fill out paper work. I show up 10:23am. I´ m told doctor left the office because I´ m LATE! The nurse just kept repeating “I can reschedule”. Zero compassion for patient don’t go to them! |
