| 1 | 1 | 1 | 7 | 2 | Not necessarily a problem with the doctor but his practice Raintree Pediatrician is the problem we have had. The call line nurse system was not very helpful and actually told us incorrect information in regards to medication and scheduling screenings. We had our daugther go in for a Upper GI at a local hospital and they told us she shouldn´ t eat for 8 hours and we were told by the nurse at Rain Tree that she could eat up to 3 hours before the procedure. So, we now have to wait for three days (we had to reschedule it ourselves) to get the procedure done all the while our little daughter is in pain. When we went over and told the nurse all she said was that is all we can do. Even though it was her mistake she did nothing to even try to even reschedule us earlier. She treated our baby like a number and now my daughter has to pay for it with pain. Also, didn´ t tell us when we would get the results and when asked she said I can´ t tell you. Have they never worked with this hospital or had baby go there and get results. I will never go to them again and now I have to find a new pediatrician and who knows how long it will take to find another. Also, told by nurse that a nurse practioner would call us we called twice on it and she never did. Think twice about going to this practice they are popular so I guess one patient doesn´ t matter. |
