I would not recommend this doctor to anyone. My seven week old daughter was seen by him for a simple tongue tie clip and the experience was horrible. To start with we waited 50 minutes in the waiting area without any staff letting us know how much longer it would be to wait. He never once washed his hands and then he put gloves on but continued to touch his computer, drawers, a pen, and rummage throw an unorganized equipment drawer and without changing gloves stuck his dirty hands in my childs mouth!!! I felt rude telling a doctor how to practice and was busy consoling a crying infant. Also they were short staffed and without nurses to help. The office staff was horrible as well. They used bad words wihtin hearing of the patients. The credit card machine was broken and we said we would send them a check for the co-pay, well they called us every hour leaving a message till we got home and could call back with the info.For something that cost over $700 I expected clean hands and gloves. |
